Prior experience is preferred, but not required. We offer paid training and hourly based pay weekly on prior work experience and qualifications.

Commercial Tire Service Store Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and service requests
- Manage and supervise a team of service technicians and warehouse and delivery employees.
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth
- Monitor inventory to maintain optimal stocking levels to fulfill customer orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety programs, cash handling and loss prevention protocols
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase branch awareness and sales.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reliable and Safe Driving Practices
- Changing Passenger/Light Truck/Commercial Truck/OTR Truck Tires
- Run Road Service Calls
- Keeping Equipment and Tools properly maintained and Shop Organized
- Perform Fleet Checks for Customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Environment
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Positive, hardworking and ability to work in a team environment
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
